Pathway Advisors Limited, the Lead Issuing House and financial Advisors has announced  that Dimension Data SPV Funding Plc Series 1 Corporate Bond issuance of up to ₦5 billion under its ₦20 billion Bond Programme is NOW OPEN for subscription.

The Offer will be executed by way of Book Build and is scheduled to close on Monday, June 29, 2026.

The proceeds from the bond issuance will be deployed towards strategic investments in fiber network expansion, capacity enhancement, and service quality improvement.
