Pathway Advisors Delivers Oversubscribed N10bn CP For MKH Properties As Investors Commit N11.07bn

Pathway Advisors Limited has announced the successful arrangement and completion of the N10 billion Series 1 Commercial Paper Issuance by MKH Properties Limited under the company’s newly registered N30 billion Commercial Paper Programme.

The offer attracted subscriptions of N11.07 billion, representing 110.7 per cent subscription, underscoring institutional investors’ strong confidence in MKH Properties’ business, growth prospects and strategic direction.

The company will deploy the net proceeds toward working capital requirements and completing ongoing projects, supporting continued expansion and project execution.
