Nigerian Breweries Holds 2026 Pre-AGM Media Briefing, Top Executives Address Stakeholders in Lagos

Nigerian Breweries Plc set the stage for its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a Pre-AGM media briefing held in Lagos, as top executives of the company addressed journalists on the firm’s 2025 impressive financial performance and strategic priorities.
In attendance were Managing Director Thibaut Boidin, Finance Director Maria Karaseva, Human Resource Director Grace Omo-Lamai, Corporate Affairs Director Uzodinma Odenigbo, and Company Secretary/Legal Director Uaboi Agbebaku.
The briefing, which traditionally precedes the company’s AGM, which is slated for April 23, 2026, offered an opportunity for the leadership team to engage the media on key issues affecting the business, shareholder expectations, and the broader brewing industry in Nigeria.
The presence of the full executive team signals the company’s intent to maintain transparency with stakeholders ahead of the yearly meeting.
Nigerian Breweries, a subsidiary of HEINEKEN N.V. and Nigeria’s pioneer brewing company, remains one of the most closely watched firms on the Nigerian Exchange.
