NGX Lists Regency Alliance Insurance’s 3.68bn Shares From Private Placement

The Nigerian Exchange Limited, NGX, has listed additional 3,684,210,525 ordinary shares of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc on its Daily Official List.

The NGX disclosed this in a Market Bulletin dated September 28, 2026, with reference number NGXREG/IRD/MB109/26/9/28, signed by the Head, Issuer Regulation Department, Godstime Iwenekhai.

According to the bulletin, the additional shares of 50 kobo each arose from the company’s private placement of 7,368,421,052 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at 95 kobo per share.

The listing was done on Monday, September 28, 2026.

With the listing, the total issued and fully paid-up share capital of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc has increased from 18,679,385,062 to 22,363,595,587 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.

The Exchange notified Trading Licence Holders and the investing public of the development for their information.
