The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has delisted the securities of STACO Insurance Plc from its Daily Official List.

The delisting took effect today, Monday, 21 September 2026, according to a Market Bulletin signed by Godstime Iwenekhai, Head, Issuer Regulation Department at NGX.

The Exchange said the action was taken following the revocation of STACO Insurance Plc's operating license by its primary regulator, the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), effective 3 August 2026.

According to the bulletin with reference NGXREG/IRD/MB104/26/09/21, the delisting was carried out pursuant to Clause 14 of the Amended Form of General Undertaking for Listing on NGX, which empowers the Exchange to suspend trading, delist securities, or remove an issuer from the Official List where continued listing is no longer in the public interest or warranted.

NGX stated that consequent upon NAICOM's regulatory action, STACO Insurance Plc's securities are no longer considered suitable for continued listing and trading on the market.

Trading License Holders and the investing public have been advised to take note of the delisting.
