Guinea Insurance Lists 3.2 Billion Shares From Rights Issue On NGX

Trading licence holders and the investing public have been notified that an additional 3,206,838,021 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each of Guinea Insurance Plc were on Monday, September 28, 2026, listed on the Daily Official List of Nigerian Exchange Limited, NGX.

The listing was disclosed in a Market Bulletin signed by Godstime Iwenekhai, Head, Issuer Regulation Department, NGX.

According to the bulletin, the additional shares arose from the company’s Rights Issue of 5,295,200,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N1.10 per share, on the basis of two new ordinary shares for every three existing shares held as at close of business on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

With the listing, the total issued and fully paid-up share capital of Guinea Insurance Plc has now increased from 7,942,800,000 to 11,149,638,021 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.
