First HoldCo Plc has announced the purchase of 706,131,179 ordinary shares by Calvados Global Services Limited, a company related to one of its significant shareholders, Mr. Olufemi Otedola, CON.
According to a regulatory filing signed by the Group Company Secretary, Abiola Baruwa, the shares were acquired at ₦109.88 per share on July 22, 2026 (today), through the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
The transaction is valued at approximately ₦77.58 billion, making it one of the largest insider-related share acquisitions in the company's recent history.
The disclosure identified Calvados Global Services Limited as a company related to Mr. Olufemi Otedola, a significant shareholder of First HoldCo Plc. The notification was made in compliance with regulatory requirements mandating the disclosure of dealings by insiders and persons connected to them.
